How to Use This Daily Planner

Click any empty time slot to add an event or task. Choose a color category (work, personal, health, or other) to visually distinguish activities. Navigate between days using the arrow buttons to plan ahead or review past days. Click "Today" to jump back to the current date. Edit or delete events with the icons on each slot. All data saves to your browser's localStorage, keeping your schedule completely private and functional offline after the first page load.

Productivity Tips for Time-Blocking

Assign every hour a purpose, including rest and breaks. Batch similar tasks together so you group meetings in one block and deep work in another, minimizing context switching. Protect your peak hours by scheduling the hardest tasks when you are most alert. Leave buffer time between blocks for transitions.
