How SDR Attainment Is Scored
Quota usually splits into volume (meetings booked) and quality (SQL conversion + pipeline value). Weighted scoring puts more weight on downstream pipeline dollars since meetings without conversion mask weak qualification. Standard split: 25% meetings, 33% SQLs, 42% pipeline value.

Median outbound SDR books 45 meetings per quarter at $11K ACV. Top-quartile reps hit 60+ meetings with 35%+ SQL conversion. Inbound SDRs average 75 meetings per quarter but at lower ACV. SQL-to-opportunity conversion median is 50%, top quartile 70%.
Common Reasons For Underattainment
Three repeat patterns: thin top-of-funnel (under 100 dials per day), wrong ICP targeting (poor SQL conversion), or insufficient discovery (low pipeline value per meeting). Reps below 60% attainment usually fail on top-of-funnel volume — the easiest issue to fix.
