1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teamz Lab Tools website at tool.teamzlab.com, the Teamz Lab Tools application, and the Teamz Lab Video Publisher application registered with TikTok for Developers (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Teamz Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Teamz Lab Tools is a web-based publishing and distribution platform that provides free online calculators, generators, and content-creation tools. Teamz Lab Tools also operates an integrated content-distribution module — Teamz Lab Video Publisher — that allows users to publish short-form videos and written articles created within the Service to connected third-party platforms, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, Dev.to, Hashnode, WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

All calculator tools run entirely in the user's browser and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you connect a third-party platform account to the Service, you must be the rightful owner of that account and comply with the terms of that platform.

4. User Accounts and Third-Party Connections

Some features of the Service require you to connect a third-party account (for example, TikTok, YouTube, or Google) via OAuth. When you connect such an account:

• You authorize Teamz Lab Tools to access, on your behalf, the specific data and actions that you explicitly approve during the OAuth consent flow (for example, uploading video content to your TikTok account inbox).
• You retain full ownership of the content you publish through the Service.
• You may revoke access at any time from the third-party platform's settings or by contacting us.
• You remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Publish spam, malware, phishing content, or automated content that violates a connected platform's rules.
• Circumvent rate limits, security features, or authentication systems.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity.

6. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through Teamz Lab Tools. By using the distribution features, you grant Teamz Lab Tools a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to transmit, format, and publish your content to the third-party platforms you have connected, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All code, design, branding, and non-user content of Teamz Lab Tools itself remains the property of Teamz Lab.

7. No Professional Advice

Calculator outputs are estimates for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any result.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We make no guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will remain accurate as laws and rates change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamz Lab, its affiliates, and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including losses resulting from content published to connected third-party platforms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teamz Lab from any claim, loss, or liability (including legal fees) arising from content you publish through the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or any third-party platform's terms.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Service integrates with and links to third-party platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Service will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
