Photo 300×300 and signature 300×80 for online job forms
Most government job applications in Bangladesh are filled in on a Teletalk-hosted site (an address ending in teletalk.com.bd). The form asks you to upload two small JPG files: a colour photo and a scan of your signature. If the pixel size or the file size is wrong, the form rejects the file. This page makes both files from a phone photo or a scan.

These numbers come from published instructions. The Directorate General of Food recruitment circular of 2023 (applications at dgfood.teletalk.com.bd) tells the applicant to upload a colour photo of 300 × 300 pixels and a signature of 300 × 80 pixels, with the photo no larger than 100 KB and the signature no larger than 60 KB. The Directorate of Primary Education application instructions at dpe.teletalk.com.bd give the same two pixel sizes and say the photo must be in colour. Check your own circular. Each recruitment notice sets its own rules. University admission forms, bank jobs and other portals may ask for a different pixel size or file size. Read the photo paragraph of your circular, then change the KB limit above or use the Custom tab.
How to resize a photo to 300×300 under 100 KB
Open the Photo tab and choose a picture, or take one with the camera. The square frame shows exactly what will be saved. Drag the picture so your face is in the middle and use the zoom slider until your head and shoulders fill the frame. Press the button. The page saves a JPG of exactly 300 × 300 pixels and lowers the JPEG quality only as far as needed to get under your limit. It then shows the real pixel size and file size before you download photo-300x300.jpg.
How to resize a signature to 300×80 under 60 KB
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen. Photograph the paper from straight above in even light, with no shadow of your hand or phone. Open the Signature tab, choose the picture, and zoom until the signature fills the wide frame. If the paper looks grey or yellow, tick Clean background: the paper turns white and the ink gets darker, and the preview shows the result before you save. Download signature-300x80.jpg.
When the file will not fit the limit
A 300 × 300 photo fits in 100 KB without visible loss, and usually in 30 KB with slightly lower quality. If you set a limit so small that even the lowest JPEG quality is too big, the page says so and does not give you a file that is over the limit. Raise the limit or use a smaller pixel size in the Custom tab. The limit is treated as 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, so the file also passes on forms that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.
Phone photos, rotation and HEIC
Large camera photos are reduced to a working copy of at most 2,000 pixels on the long side before cropping, so the page stays responsive on low-memory phones. Photos taken with the phone held upright or sideways are turned the right way up using the rotation saved in the file. iPhone HEIC photos open in Safari; Chrome and Firefox cannot decode them, and the page tells you when that happens. A transparent PNG gets a white background.
Privacy
Cropping, resizing and compression are done with the canvas feature of your browser. The files stay on your phone or computer and are not sent anywhere. The page also works with the internet switched off once it has loaded. For a printed passport photo sheet use the passport photo maker, and for the application itself the CV maker.

Are my photo and signature uploaded?
No. The image is cropped and compressed inside your browser with canvas. Nothing is sent to a server, and the page keeps working with the internet switched off after it has loaded.
What does Clean background do?
It is an optional setting for signatures. Paper that came out grey or yellow in the photo is pushed to pure white and the ink is made darker. The preview shows the effect, and you can switch it off.
What if my form needs a different size?
Use the Custom tab. Type any width and height in pixels and any limit in KB. You can also change the KB limit on the Photo and Signature tabs.
Why does it say the limit cannot be reached?
A JPG of a given pixel size has a smallest possible file size. If your limit is below that, the page tells you the smallest size it could reach instead of giving you a file that is over the limit. Raise the limit or reduce the pixel size.
Can I use an iPhone HEIC photo?
Yes in Safari, which can open HEIC. Chrome and Firefox cannot decode HEIC, and the page shows a message when that happens. Setting the iPhone camera format to Most Compatible saves JPG instead.
