The print sizes come from the sheet size multiplied by 300 pixels per inch: 8.5 × 300 = 2550 and 11 × 300 = 3300 for Letter; 210 mm is 8.27 in and 297 mm is 11.69 in for A4 (paper size reference). The 800 × 1100 screen file stretched over a Letter sheet would be only about 94 pixels per inch (800 ÷ 8.5), so choose a print size for anything going on paper.
