How much can I cash out from my balance?
The charge comes out of your balance on top of the cash you take, so a ৳10,000 balance never gives ৳10,000 in hand.
Nagad cash out charge: app or *167#
Nagad publishes two cash out prices, both including VAT. Through the Nagad app it is ৳12.99 per thousand. By dialling *167# it is ৳15.00 per thousand. Nagad Islamic accounts pay ৳15.00 per thousand on both the app and USSD. On ৳10,000 the app costs ৳129.90 and USSD costs ৳150.00, so using the app saves ৳20.10.
Nagad also says that if the app, the USSD message and the website ever show different charges, the website figure takes priority.
Nagad send money charge
Nagad charges ৳5 for each Send Money. In the app, the charge for your first 2 transfers comes back as instant cashback, so those two cost nothing in the end. From the third transfer the ৳5 stays charged. On *167# every transfer costs ৳5. Nagad's page says this schedule has applied since 1 May 2024 until further notice.

Rocket is run by Dutch-Bangla Bank, and the bank's own channels are far cheaper than agents: 0.9% at a DBBL ATM or branch against 1.67% at an agent. On ৳10,000 that is ৳90 instead of ৳167.
