Yes, completely free for both donors and patients. No subscription, no in-app purchase. We are funded by ethical advertising and optional donations.

Do I need to install an app?

No. RoktoLagbe is a Progressive Web App — it works in any browser on phone or computer. You can optionally add it to your home screen for app-like access.

How does donor verification work?

Every donor verifies their phone number with a one-time password (OTP). This filters out fake registrations. Verified donors get a blue checkmark badge.

Will my phone number be shared publicly?

Never. Your phone number is hidden from other users. Patients contact you through an in-app masked call or chat — and only after you accept their request.

How often can I donate blood?

Whole blood: every 90 days (3 months) for men, 120 days (4 months) for women in most countries. Plasma: every 14 days. Platelets: every 7 days, up to 24 times a year. RoktoLagbe enforces this gap automatically.

Which countries are supported?

RoktoLagbe is global from day one. Donors and patients from any country can register and search. Initial focus markets are Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Egypt — but the platform works worldwide.

What if no donor responds?

Emergency requests broadcast to compatible donors via push notification, SMS, and WhatsApp. If no one in your city responds within 30 minutes, the system auto-expands the radius to nearby cities.
